The Civil Division of the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office:
- Acts as the attorney for Clark County, providing legal advice to elected officials and County departments
- Represents Clark County in civil legal actions
- Prepares, reviews and approves resolutions, ordinances, covenants and agreements
- Represents Clark County in administrative hearings, judicial proceedings and other actions
