The Railroad Resource Work Group made recommendations in November 2008 to the Board of Clark County Commissioners on code language to implement the railroad industrial zoning district established in the Comprehensive Growth Management Plan adopted in October 2007. The group looked at design standards, access needs, user needs, infrastructure needs and buffers for neighborhood compatibility. View a map of the railroad industrial zoning district.
