The Mitigation Opportunities Project provides users with a place to gather:
- information about the environmental character of their parcel;
- conditions and principles that might apply to a wetland or habitat permit;
- watershed level information that might influence their choice of mitigation techniques; and
- opportunities to mitigate off-site on other suitable properties.
