Clark County employees, as part of their new employee orientation training, are required to watch a presentation regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act and Clark County's responsibilities pertaining to that legislation. The training provides employees with a general overview of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Clark County's legal responsibility to ensure that all persons, including persons with disabilities, have an equal opportunity to participate in county programs, services and activities.
More importantly, it is hoped the training will help employees understand and recognize how to better serve citizens with disabilities.
