While not every need can be anticipated nor every barrier avoided, if you have need of information in a different format or access to a program, please fill out the request for accommodation form.

Requesting accommodations

To request auxiliary aids, services or accommodations, please complete the request form (PDF) and submit it by email to or mail to the ADA Coordinator in the Risk Management Office, 1300 Franklin St., Vancouver, WA 98660.

When possible, please make requests at least two weeks before the event where services will be needed.
