Public Access Videophones or "PAVs" are located on the 2nd floor of the Center for Community Health and on the ground floor of the Clark County Courthouse.
The PAV is a multi-purpose, Internet-based communications system that provides standard payphone, videophone, keyboard and camera in one robust package. The PAV allows everyone, including deaf, hard of hearing and speech-disabled people, to make phone calls.
For additional information on public access video phones please watch an open captioned video produced by Clark/Vancouver Television.
Thank you.
