Mailing Address Change

Your mailing address is the address where mail is delivered by the post office.

You may use a Mailing Address Change form to request a mailing address change. 

“In-care-of Line” of Address

You may use the Mailing Address Change form to add or change an “in-care-of” line.  The form must be completed and signed by the owner. 

Our forms are offered in print-only version.

After printing and completing the form, please mail to: Department of Assessment & GIS, P.O. Box 5000, Vancouver, WA 98666 or bring the form to our department located at 1300 West Franklin Street, 2nd Floor, Vancouver, WA 98660.
