- The site address may differ from the mailing address. The site address describes the physical location. The mailing address is where the post office delivers your mail.
-
The Assessor does not assign addresses or officially change addresses (such as in the event of an annexation). Addressing authorities such as Clark County Community Development or local municipalities provide this service and forward the information to the Assessor.
-
Please note that changes will not be forwarded to other entities such as utilities or the post office.
If you believe the site address the Clark County Assessor has for your building / parcel is incorrect, you may complete a Property Site Address Correction form to request a property site address correction.
Our forms are offered in print-only version.
After printing and completing the form, please mail to: Department of Assessment & GIS, P.O. Box 5000, Vancouver, WA 98666 or bring the form to our department located at 1300 West Franklin Street, 2nd Floor, Vancouver, WA 98660.
