Assessment & GIS, the Treasurer, and Auditor share the second floor of the Public Service Building at 1300 Franklin St in Vancouver, Washington. Three separate customer service centers were consolidated into one called the “Joint Lobby”.
Our purpose is to provide enhanced customer service through the concept of “one stop shopping”. When you visit our Joint Lobby you will be able to have your needs met by all three departments in one location.
Our vision for the Joint Lobby is to efficiently provide our customers with high quality customer service and products. These services are provided in a supportive, healthy work environment, encouraging cooperation, honesty, integrity, and respect.
