Photo of a policeman holding a small child's handThe CJC Prosecution Unit includes three attorneys and one Supervising Attorney assigned to CJC by the Clark County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Unit staff are specially trained in child abuse law. Review of the detectives’ investigation case and determines if criminal charges must be filed is performed by this unit.

CJC has a proven track record of holding perpetrators of child abuse crimes accountable through quality investigation and prosecution. Identification and prosecution of a perpetrator of criminal child abuse creates a safer community for all the children.
