Violations of the land use ordinance include home businesses without approval, buildings constructed within a setback, signs, commercial activities without site plan approval or an activity that is not a permitted use in the zone classification.
Code Enforcement works closely with the Development Services Division to determine if a violation exists, if any approvals have been granted, what the conditions of a permit include, or the required permit applications necessary to comply.
