Preserve Community Livability

Posting notice

Clark County Code Enforcement responds to citizen complaints regarding building, zoning, land use and nuisance code violations. When a complaint does not result in a violation, we recommend mediation services as an alternative to resolving issues with your neighbors.

We believe the best approach to enforcing local codes is through voluntary compliance. Through our complaint process we work with residents to resolve violations before further enforcement actions are necessary.

We also strive to educate property owners about the benefits of code compliance. Some of the benefits of an effective code enforcement program include safer, more attractive neighborhoods, greater community pride and higher property values.
