Code, Maps and Data

Clark County has several online tools that will help you learn more about your property.

Do you want to know what your property is zoned or its assessed value? Are you considering buying a piece of property and want to know what neighborhood or school district it is located in? You can find all of this information and more using the Digital Atlas and Property Information Center.

Are you planning to build on your land and want to know what regulations may apply? All the information you need can be found in Title 40.

Do you need information about the environmental character of your parcel? The Mitigation Opportunities Project provides information about the conditions and principles that might apply to a wetland or habitat permit, watershed level information that might influence your choice of mitigation techniques and opportunities to mitigate off-site on other suitable properties.

Clark County is growing. Are you up-to-date on all the recent development trends? Visit our data library to find Community Development data such as quarterly statistics on the number of permits issued and new lots created in your community.
