Annexation Area
The Burnt Bridge Creek annexation area is located north and east of the current city limits, and south of Fourth Plain Boulevard between NE 112th and 162nd Avenues; including the Pioneer Meadows Subdivision east of NE 162nd Avenue. Black and white map (PDF - 550K), color map (PDF - 555K).
Annexation effective date: May 18, 2006
Effective May 18, 2006 all new applications in the annexed area must be submitted to the City of Vancouver Development Review Services located at 1313 Main Street, Vancouver, Washington.
Application Processing and Inspections for Active Projects
Most development applications, building plan reviews and building inspections underway by Clark County will be completed by Clark County. If the county will not complete your project review or inspections, you will receive a letter informing you of the change in processing jurisdiction.
If an applicant believes their project is transferred in error, or wants to request an immediate transfer, they may contact the City of Vancouver to discuss the issue (see contacts below).
