Fully complete review

Your application has passed the counter complete review and you've paid the fees. What happens next?

The application submittal packet is forwarded to a planning technician who will review your packet in detail.

Referring to the list of required applications in your pre-application report, the planning technician will prepare those permits for routing. For example, habitat and wetland permits will be routed to a biologist for a separate fully complete review.

Staff is allowed 21 calendars to complete this review, however once you complete this training your submittal packet will be reviewed in 14 days.

The planning technician will go through each item on the submittal requirements checklist (PDF - 21K) for each application submitted for your project.

We will go through each requirement in detail.
