Advisory board meetings, typically held the first Thursday of each month are open to the public. Meeting agendas and minutes are available online. |
The Clark County Development Engineering Advisory Board was formed by the Board of Clark County Commissioners to serve as a procedural step in reviewing new policy and code changes and to work with Community Development’s Engineering Services Division on process improvements and technical engineering issues.
The advisory board consists of seven members – three private firm engineers, one construction contractor, one land developer, one local municipality representative and one Building Industry Association representative. The diverse professional backgrounds of the members provides a well-rounded perspective when identifying areas for improvement.
Development Engineering Advisory Board members are appointed to a one or two year term by the Board of Clark County Commissioners.
