The Columbian Building 415 W. 6th Street, Vancouver An environmentally responsible building design that adds to the energy of a revitalized neighborhood. Video

Gaiser Hall Renovation 1933 Fort Vancouver Way, Vancouver The newly renovated Gaiser Hall creates a gracious northern gateway to the campus and is now the hub of student services for Clark College. Video

Grand Central Retail Center 2420 Columbia House Boulevard, Vancouver This retail center's village-like atmosphere creates an environment that promotes community interaction and connection. Video

Marshall Community Center 1009 E. McLoughlin Boulevard, Vancouver This renovation along with new sustainable features and upgraded facilities makes this community center a wonderful gathering place.. Video

Mary Firstenburg Family Center 9414 NE Fourth Plain Boulevard, Vancouver New home to Innovative Services NW where all programs are efficiently housed together in a state-of-the-art building. Video

Vancouver Land Bridge Pedestrian Bridge over SR14, Vancouver This stunning circular serpentine bridge blends with its natural surroundings and interpertive and artistic elements that preserve Vancouver's rich history. Video

Washougal Downtown Improvements Downtown Washougal This project re-establishes the downtwon core as an ecomonically viable, walkable and livable city grounded in sustainable development practices. Video
