This program provides services to those offenders sentenced to serve a one or two day jail sentence for a first time offense of DUI. Offenders are booked into the Clark County Jail and spend part of their time in an educational setting.

Booking Time:
8:00am (Late Arrivals Will Not Be Accepted). Failure to report on time will result in their case being returned to court for failure to comply with program rules. A recommendation to the Court to impose additional jail time will result. A sack lunch will be provided to you by the jail.
Fee:
The fee for the Detention Center is $150.00. Fees can be paid in person by cash, check, money order or credit/debit card at Clark County Corrections, 707 West 13th Street, Vancouver, WA. They can be mailed to: Clark County Corrections, P.O. Box 5000, Vancouver, WA 98666-5000, by phone at 866-636-3850 (you will need your ZZ number or your CFN number) or on the Web at www.clark.wa.gov/corrections/payments.html. As an alternative to paying fees, participants can arrange to work off their fee on Work Program. This must be completed three days prior to the scheduled incarceration date.

Program Rules:
- Do not bring cell phones, books, I-pods, jewelry or other valuables. A jail intake packet (toothbrush/paste, comb, cup) can be purchased for $4.50.
- Educational / informational program and materials will be presented throughout the day.
- Smoking is prohibited in the Clark County Jail.
- Participants are released at 8:00am on either Saturday or Sunday, depending on sentence.
- Medical Information - Each inmate will be asked a series of medical questions during the jail's booking process. Please advise the staff of medical issues or concerns at that time. This information will be passed along to the jail's medical staff. Of course, all inmates can contact an officer if they are experiencing an urgent or emergency medical situation.
