Victim Panel

The DUI Victim's Panel is a community meeting where volunteers who have been victims, offenders, and witnesses give testimonies of experience they or loved ones have endured due to the actions of drunk or drugged drivers. The panel's focus is to encourage people to be responsible for their choices. Persons who are convicted of driving under the influence as well as other alcohol related offenses are mandated by the court system to attend one of these meetings.

Cost to attend is $40 and must be received by Corrections AT LEAST one week prior to the date you wish to attend (check, cash, or money order).  If you mail in a check or money order, please indicate that you are paying for Victim's Panel and what class date you would like to attend.  Also please include a contact number where you can be reached.

If you attend victim's panel under the influence of alcohol and/or other drugs, you will be subject to a breath test; you will receive a "Failure to Comply" and be returned to court.  Guests (not court ordered to attend) are welcome based upon availability.  Young children are not admitted.
