This program addresses the provision that any person arrested must be held by the least restrictive means possible until disposition of the offender's case. It provides District and Superior Courts with verified information so that appropriate release decisions can be made in a timely fashion. In addition to serving as a conduit of information to the Courts and to attorneys, the program monitors all offenders placed on Supervised Release until the offender is sentenced.
