December Special Civil Dockets: Since the December 25 and January 1 Holidays fall on Friday, Superior Court has decided to have special Civil Dockets on the below listed dates for those matters that must be heard, such as unlawful detainers. The presiding judge for these dockets is to be announced at a later date. |

*Judge Poyfair, Judge Collier and Judge Rulli are the Family Law Judges and will NOT have Friday civil motion dockets. They will have a Family Law Docket every Friday at 9am unless it is specified above as "FE - POYFAIR", "FM - COLLIER" or "FO - RULLI".
