Judge Schreiber is a graduate of the Northwest School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. He has been a District Court Judge since 1998, and was a District Court Magistrate from 1987 to 1998. Judge Schreiber was a Clark County Attorney for 15 years. He is currently the Presiding Judge for Substance Abuse Court.
Judge Schreiber developed the Driver's License Restoration program, is involved in the Neighborhood Outreach Program, actively involved in the Judges in the Classroom Program, and is involved in various community groups and outreach programs. He continues to be involved in working with students in the Courtroom.
