Judge Poyfair, Family Law Judge for Clark County Superior Court, reminds those filling Family Law matters of the following:
- Departments 4, 7 & 10 will have a motion docket for Family Law matters every Friday if not cancelled due to planned time off or unexpected illness. Check the Clerk’s Daily Schedule for updates.
- Modifications continue to be handled by the Commissioners on Thursdays. Motions for revision of same go back to the assigned Judges.
