Land use applications and fees must be hand delivered to the Permit Center, 1300 Franklin St., Vancouver. Call (360) 397-2375 ext. 4807 or email permitservicesappt@clark.wa.gov to schedule an appointment.

A developer's packet is required for many land use applications and is available in the GIS Department.

Variance - provides relief to property owners where application of the Clark County Code may cause a hardship due to unusual circumstances of the land 04/30/12
Zone change – Used to change the zoning designation of a parcel of land when a property owner wants to establish a use that is not permitted within the existing zoning 04/30/12

Archaeological review - used to determine if cultural resources are present on a property   08/20/14
SEPA  - Review under the State Environmental Policy Act to ensure that governmental agencies consider the environmental impacts of a proposal 02/10/12

Shoreline  - used to review a development proposal that could impact shoreline areas of local and statewide significance
