Inspectors ensure that structures are built according to approved plans and properly located on a parcel.
Building
Request an inspection online or by phone. Inspection requests must be made by 10 p.m. the day before the requested inspection.
Fire
New construction - Request a new construction fire inspection online. Inspections require one working day notice.
Existing businesses - Existing business will be inspected annually. Business owners are provided an approximate inspection date, or may schedule a specific date by calling the Fire Marshal's Office at (360) 397-2186.
