August 6, 2013 primary - logic and accuracy test

On Monday, June 24, at 10 a.m., the Clark County Elections Department will conduct a logic and accuracy test of the programming to be used to tabulate ballots for the August 6 primary. Members of the news media, district representatives, candidates and the public are invited to attend this test, which is a requirement of Washington State law. For this election, voters in the City of Battle Ground, City of La Center, City of Vancouver, City of Washougal, Washougal School District 112-6 and Clark County Fire & Rescue will receive a ballot. The test will be held at the Clark County Elections Department, 1408 Franklin Street, Vancouver.

On Tuesday, August 6, Election Day, at 6 p.m., the process of entering the scanned ballot information into the ballot tabulation system will begin. No reports of election results will be printed until after 8 PM, election day. Election results will be available on the County Auditorís website at A sample ballot for this election is currently available at this website address.
