*  When the ballots for this election were first mailed, a total of 856 voters did not receive a ballot which included the C-TRAN ballot measure even though they lived within the boundaries of the C-TRAN district.  In May, 2005 the boundaries of the C-TRAN district were redrawn.  When the voter registration records were updated to reflect the boundary change, these voters were missed and not included in the new district boundaries.  One week before election day these voters were identified and sent a second ballot which contained only the C-TRAN ballot measure.  A total of 255 voters voted and sent back both the first and second ballot sent to them.  As a result, the total number of votes cast in this election is listed as 77,557.  The actual number of voters who cast their vote in this election is 77,302  (77,557 minus 255).  The correct voter turnout percentage for this election is 43.77%.
