Compact flourescent light (CFL) bulb exchange - Participants can drop off up to six burned-out unbroken compact fluorescent light bulbs and receive, free of charge, a new compact fluorescent bulb for each one dropped off. Limit of six free CFL's per customer. No fluorescent tubes or fixtures will be accepted. New bulbs provided by Clark Public Utilities.
