Effective: November 1, 2008
In an effort to provide current project information (including plans specifications, and all pertinent bid documents) to the contracting community, Clark County Purchasing is utilizing an ON-Line plan room. This 'free of charge' access is provided to all contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors by utilizing the Builders Exchange of Washington site - available by clicking on the following link: http://www.bxwa.com/bxwa_toc/public/clarkco.html.
Beginning November 1, 2008 - County Public Works Road Construction, Water Quality and Parks projects over $200,000.00 will be available for viewing, downloading and printing. This on-line plan room provides bidders with fully usable on-line documents; the ability to download; print to your own computer; or order full or partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources. In addition, the on-line plan room offers a free on-line digitizer/take off tool.
Contractors who intend to provide a bid on a project are strongly encouraged to register for that project to ensure they will receive automatic email notification of addenda and placement on the project Plan Holders List.
