As of 2013, Clark County is using the Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington (MRSC) Rosters to maintain its small works roster for public work projects under $300,000. To meet the eligibility requirements for Clark County small work projects contractors must submit their application (at no cost) to www.mrscrosters.org and select Clark County in your application.

Title: Franklin Center Fire Alarm System Replacement

Description

The intent of this project is to replace the existing building fire alarm system with a new Notifier (by Honeywell) addressable fire alarm system that meets current codes based on the specifications and drawings provided.  In keeping with the current standardization of fire alarm systems within County buildings, there will be no substitutions considered outside of the Notifier equipment specified.  The existing fire alarm system shall remain active and functional during the installation of the new system and equipment, and not taken out of service until the new system is fully functional and ready to be place into active service.

Pre-Bid Conference There will be a pre-bid meeting on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Contractors are to meet on the front entrance steps of the Franklin Center.
