The Clark County Railroad Advisory Board (RRAB) studies ways to improve the economic stability of the railway and explores recreational opportunities and other types of uses of the rail line.
Appointed by the Board of Clark County Commissioners, the 15 members advisory board represent a variety of interests, including Burlington Northern Railroad, Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau, Columbia River Economic Development Council, Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce, Washington State University Extension Service, trail organizations and citizens.
