Food Technical Advisory Committee

The Clark County Food Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is a self-directed group representing the local food service industry. The TAC was formed for the purpose of maintaining open communication with the health department on a non-regulatory basis.

Public Health Specialists trained in food safety offer education to members on topics of interest to the food establishment industry.
