Case Management

For persons living with HIV and AIDS in Clark County, specialized support is available through the case management program. For some people the support may involve only information about insurance or help finding a physician. For others or for the same people at other times, the impact of HIV and AIDS on daily life can be overwhelming. Case managers can help direct clients to needed resources and learn new ways of coping with their disease. Through an intake process, individual needs are identified and a case manager assigned. Appointments can be made for an office or in-home visit.
