1. Emergency Rehabilitation
The Emergency/Minor Home Repair Program provides services to repair home health and safety issues. A maximum of $6,200 is available for repairs to eligible homeowners through a deferred payment with a zero percent (0%) interest rate.
To be eligible, the household income must be at or below 80% of federally established income guidelines shown in the table.

2. Full Rehabilitation
This level of rehabilitation is more extensive. The maximum amount available for financial assistance is $40,000. This amount may be a very low-interest loan or a deferred payment loan. After the rehabilitation is completed, the home must meet minimum housing quality standards. To be eligible, the household income must be at or below 80% of federally established income guidelines shown in the table.
