Exempt (Management) - Pay Plan - Employee Information - Human Resources

In 1999, Clark County implemented a pay for performance plan for management employees. Prior to this merit pay plan, we used the top of the range as the control and compared our top with that of our comparable jurisdictions. However, the design of the plan is now such that our control is the third quartile. Our aim is to have our third quartile at the average of the market. We want you to think about that as you use our data in your surveys.
