Annual Reviews are requests from private citizens to change their property’s comprehensive plan and zoning designation. These changes could allow property owners to use their property for activities currently not permitted under its existing land use designation. This process is available only once per calendar year.
The first step in the Annual Review process is submitting a pre-application. This provides an opportunity for staff to review preliminary plans and make suggestions. It also gives the applicant an opportunity to ask any questions about the process and discuss possible alternatives.
The pre-application filing period is currently open and runs from October 1 to November 30.
