Another list of bi-annual code changes is being developed that will be brought forward in the fall of 2007.
Project Summary
The bi-annual Code change process allows staff to bring forward proposed changes to the development code twice a year. Proposed changes:
- Address inconsistent or ambiguous wording;
- Clarify existing language to facilitate the use and readability of land use regulations;
- Address problems with administration of the code; and/or
- Better implement county policies.
Amendments to the development code are legislative actions and therefore require a public hearing before the Planning Commission and the Board of Clark County Commissioners.
The Board of Clark County Commissioners on May 29, 2007, adopted the bi-annual code changes shown below under 'Documents'. The adopting ordinance was Ordinance 2007-06-05.
