On December 15, 2008, the Board of Clark County Commissioners reviewed annual review and docket changes. These changes required updates to the Comprehensive Growth Management Plan. The links to this document are below.
On September 25, the Board of Clark County Commissioners formally adopted changes to the Comprehensive Growth Management Plan following an in-depth examination that began in 2005. Changes to the urban growth boundaries and zoning within the new boundaries will take effect January 1, 2008. All other changes are effective September 26, 2007.
