1. What is the phone number for the Clark County Crisis Line?
Crisis Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling the Clark County Crisis Line:
Phone: (360) 696-9560, if you are NOT a Medicaid-eligible consumer.
Toll Free: (800) 626-8137, if you are a Medicaid-eligible consumer.
TDD: (360) 696-1925
2. How do I file a complaint?
File a complaint or grievance with the Clark County Ombudsman, at (360) 397-6465 (Toll Free 1-877-397-6465). The Ombudsman can assist you with any problems and can also provide you with information about your rights, how to file a grievance, and other resources available to you.
You may also file a complaint or grievance with the Clark County Regional Support Network at (360) 397-2130 ext. 7854.

Call or visit the mental health agency of your choice.
Call the Clark County Regional Support Network at (360) 397-2500 or (800) 410-1910 to receive a referral to a local mental health agency. The Care Management staff can help determine which agency provides the best services for your specific needs.
5. What is the cost of services?
If you have Medicaid, there is no charge to you for the services you receive.
6. Are there other groups where I can get support?
The Clark County Chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (360) 695-2823 is an advocacy group that provides support for individuals and their families. Consumer Voices Are Born (360) 695-5012 is a consumer-run advocacy organization. Or, call the Mental Health Division Office of Consumer Affairs at (800) 446-0259.
