Clark County Regional Support Network
Clark County Regional Support Network (CCRSN) coordinates public mental health services. Its governing board is the Board of Clark County Commissioners which has appointed a citizen advisory board that meets regularly and advises the commissioners on matters of policy related to mental health issues.
CCRSN works with community members and sub-contractors to determine key values and move the public mental health system towards positive change. The values shared by providers, the Mental Health Advisory Board, the Quality Review Team, the Regional Support Network, consumers, and advocates reflect the goal of the Washington State Mental Health Division: to administer a public mental health system that promotes recovery and safety.
Clark County Regional Support Network has been operating as a Pre-Paid Health Plan (PHP) since 1995. The CCRSN contracts with local agencies to provide a variety of mental health services. It has continued to grow and mature as a pre-paid mental health system committed to the delivery of responsive, accountable, and clinically effective treatment and prevention programs for persons with mental illness.
Mission statement
In an effort to integrate the vision of recovery into service delivery, the Clark County Mental Health Advisory Board endorsed the following CCRSN Mission Statement:
"The mission of the Clark County RSN is to promote mental health and ensure that RSN-eligible residents of the Clark County Region, who experience a mental illness during their lifetime, receive treatment and services so that they can recover, achieve their personal goals and live, work, and participate in their community."
