Catholic Community Services Family Preservation is a non-profit program that provides crisis stabilization, wrap around services, and school-based services to children and adolescents with a wide variety of mental health issues. The agency's value in supporting the family and building a team is family centered, strength based and team driven. Staff is available to family on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis.

Children's Center is a community mental health agency specializing in services to children, adolescents, and families. Children's Center utilizes a solution-focused treatment model to address a wide variety of problems, from crises at home or school to major psychiatric disorders. The agency approach is family-centered. Parents are invited to participate in all aspects of their children's treatment and in the service planning process.

Children's Home Society of Washington was founded in 1896 as the Washington Children's Home Society. It is a statewide, private, non-sectarian, not-for-profit organization serving children and families. Each year, more than 12,000 children and parents are served in communities across the State through the Society's 20-plus service sites.

Lifeline Connections is a private non-profit corporation providing services since 1962. Lifeline provides a broad range of treatment and support services including assessment, integrated co-occurring treatment for substance abuse and mental disorders, treatment for mental illnesses, multiple levels of residential chemical dependency treatment, multiple levels of chemical dependency outpatient treatment, case management, and drug testing, as well as special services and programs of care for Deaf and Hard of Hearing, pregnant and parenting women, and adolescents.

Sea Mar Community Health Center is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health and human services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos.
The Clark County Regional Support Network contracts with Sea Mar to provide Hispanic Mental Health Specialist services, including Crisis Services, on an on-call basis.
Mental Health Specialists provide consultation to Mental Health Professionals by providing information and education regarding consumer cultural beliefs and practices as presented by the Mental Health Professional (e.g., personal and family history; acculturation; support systems; healing beliefs; religious beliefs and practices; nutrition; person’s understanding of his/her mental health needs). The Mental Health Specialist facilitates understanding of cultural factors in the context of behaviors and beliefs.

The Val Ogden Center is not a clinical mental health program. Instead, it is a clubhouse "owned" by all of the clubhouse members and staff who are building and contributing to the program. One of the main objectives of the Clubhouse model is to help those with mental illness return to the working community. All members and staff work side-by-side to perform the work necessary to operate the Clubhouse on a daily basis. Members see that their talents and abilities make a tangible, positive impact on the Clubhouse environment. Because people work closely together as a team, a very supportive community is formed.

Hotel Hope is a 16-bed evaluation and treatment facility providing a comprehensive recovery-oriented program integrating treatment, support and rehabilitation in a manner that facilitates the individual’s recovery journey. Owned by Clark County, the facility is operated by Columbia River Mental Health Services under contract, and is licensed by the Washington State Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse, Mental Health Division and Department of Health.
Hotel Hope serves adults (males and females, 18 years of age or older). Guests are medically stable and demonstrate a medical necessity for mental health inpatient stabilization and/or acute detoxification. Guests are admitted both voluntarily and involuntarily. The Clark County crisis services team coordinates referrals. Licensed medical staff provides inpatient stabilization and acute detoxification services until the consumer is stable enough to participate in his/her care plan and accesses other services. Guests receive physical and mental health evaluations by medical staff and are referred to Southwest Washington Medical Center if it is determined that they need acute medical attention beyond the scope of services of Hotel Hope. The average length of stay is eight to ten days for mental health consumers, five days for detoxification-only consumers and ten days for consumers experiencing co-morbid disorders. Standard services include the following:
- Psychiatric inpatient interventions: provide crisis interventions and/or evaluations for guests experiencing acute psychiatric episodes.
- Crisis stabilization: provide extended observation and evaluation of psychiatric and co-occurring guests presenting with acute symptoms.
- Detoxification and stabilization: provide health assessment and stabilization of guests exhibiting severe symptoms who are brought to the center under the influence of toxic substances.
- Referral: provide assistance to admitted guests in accessing county or community services.
- Intake and assessment: provide intake and comprehensive assessment of the admitted guest’s degree of mental health and/or substance abuse disorder and develop and initiate a plan of care.
- Short-term inpatient treatment: provide brief mental health treatment and medication interventions to target population

Southwest Washington Medical Center (SWMC) provides for many mental health needs in a variety of settings that include inpatient care and hospital diversion services. The goal of SWMC's Behavioral Health Services is to help the individual return to a productive lifestyle as quickly as possible.
The Inpatient Unit at SWMC is a 16-bed hospital setting with an emphasis on engagement and recovery oriented treatment. Voluntary care is provided in a safe environment for adults who need treatment and stabilization of a psychiatric crisis. Each person receives a holistic approach including physical and emotional care with individual and family direction. The goal is for the person to transition to the community to continue their pathway to recovery.
SWMC contracts with the Clark County Regional Support Network to provide the following services:
Adult Diversion and Program Transition (ADAPT) is a short-term, outpatient, day program that provides an intensive treatment service as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization and a transition from inpatient treatment to the community. ADAPT promotes the philosophy of recovery with an emphasis on the 10 fundamental components of Recovery. ADAPT provides active, time limited mental health services under the care of a psychiatrist and peer and professional staff. Services offered include: remediation of acute psychiatric symptoms, recovery promotion and education, peer support, medication management, individual and group recovery oriented activities, intensive patient education, crisis intervention and stabilization, and linkages to community support.

Columbia River Mental Health Services is the administering agency of Elahan Place, a residential, rehabilitation program for psychiatrically impaired adults. The program is designed to provide daily structure, 24-hour supervision, emotional support, education, and counseling to individual residents as they prepare themselves to live more independently in the community. The goal of quality community care programs, appropriately linked with other community services, is to minimize instances of long term dependency of mentally ill individuals on hospital and other costly, and more institutionalized programs.
