This program is designed to assist merchants in recovering losses from intentionally written bad checks valued at less than $250. This is a free service available to all businesses located in Clark County. The primary goal is to assure full restitution to the victim. In addition to paying restitution, offenders must pay a program fee and complete an educational course.
