The Three Creeks Advisory Council is appointed by the Board of Clark County Commissioners to assist with transportation, land use planning and related issues. The Council meets the second Thursday every other month from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Clark Regional Waste Water District Offices located at 8000 NE 52nd Court, Vancouver.

In 2008, the council completed the following:
- Developed purpose, charge and protocols.
- Developed vision and mission statement (PDF).
- Provided recommendations to the Clark County Planning Commission and other agencies on:
- Annual reviews and dockets.
- Highway 99 Sub-Area Plan.
- Mill Creek Sub-Area Plan.
- Stormwater code update.
- Merger discussions between Clark Regional Wastewater District and the city of Vancouver.
- High-capacity transit analysis.
- C-TRAN 20-year Transit System Plan.
