Commission on Aging

Healthy/Age-friendly neighborhoods

sidewalk stroll

The Commission on Aging's Healthy Communities Work Committee will be engaging the Marrion/Burton Ridge/Forest Ridge residents to discuss what makes a healthy and livable neighborhood for all ages.

With the efforts that began with the 60+ weatherization program, the Healthy Communities committee wants to continue a dialogue with these residents to discuss what opportunities there may be within their communities to allow them to successfully age-in-place.
