Sunday Streets Alive open street event

Open Streets: A view from the street

In partnership with Bike Clark County, city of Vancouver, and Destination Downtown, Clark County is proud to bring to the city, Sunday Streets Alive, Vancouver's first open street event, on August 18 from 11a.m. to 4p.m.

Open streets

Open street events define specific routes and allow the community to use the space to walk, bicycle, skate, run, dance, play games and more. Open street events provide entertainment and strengthen community connections with events and activities along the route at parks, schools and other areas.

The route

The 4.2 mile route includes seven to nine activity areas and emphasizes a strong mix of residential, commercial and recreational locations such as parks and community centers.

Join us and take pride in bringing this great event to Vancouver. Between 3,000 and 8,000 people are anticipated to attend.
