Comprehensive Growth Management Plan

September 25, 2007 - The Board of Clark County Commissioners (BOCC) formally adopted changes to the Comprehensive Growth Management Plan following an in-depth examination that began in 2005, resulting in adopted Ordinance 2007-09-13 (PDF).  Changes to urban growth boundaries and zoning within the new boundaries took effect on January 1, 2008, with the other Comprehensive Plan changes effective September 26, 2007.

December 15, 2008 - The BOCC reviewed annual review and docket changes that required updates to the Comprehensive Growth Management Plan, resulting in adopted Ordinance 2008-12-15 (PDF).

December 15, 2009 - The BOCC held a public hearing as part of the appeal of the Comprehensive Plan and to address the GMA compliance issues. As a result of the hearing, the Board adopted Ordinance 2009-12-15 (PDF). More information and maps >

December 21, 2009 - The BOCC reviewed annual review and docket changes that required updates to the Comprehensive Growth Management Plan, resulting in adopted Ordinance 2009-12-21 (PDF).

December 14, 2010 - The BOCC reviewed annual review and docket changes that required updates to the Comprehensive Growth Management Plan, resulting in adopted Ordinance 2010-12-12 (PDF).
