The plan will also include a design framework based on general principles (PDF) established by the Board of Clark County Commissioners.
Initial recommendations (PDF) have been drafted from the discussions of the advisory committee as of December 2009. Sounding board members represent diverse backgrounds and interests, including neighborhood associations, property owners, city of Ridgefield, Port of Ridgefield, and Clark County Fairgrounds, amphitheater, and planning and transportation staff.
The Discovery/Fairgrounds subarea is the second area within the Three Creeks Special Planning Area to be studied.
