February 11, 2014 special election - logic and accuracy test

On Tuesday, Jan. 21, at 10 a.m., the Clark County Elections Department will conduct a logic and accuracy test of the programming to be used to tabulate ballots for the Feb. 11, 2014, Special election. Members of the news media, district representatives, and the public are invited to attend this test, which is a requirement of Washington State law.
For this election, only voters in Mt. Pleasant School District, Washougal School District and Woodland School District will receive a ballot. The test will be held at the Clark County Elections Department, 1408 Franklin Street, Vancouver.
The logic and accuracy test of the accessible voting units will be conducted on the same day at 9 a.m.
On election day, Tuesday, Feb. 11, at 6 p.m., the process of entering the scanned ballot information into the ballot tabulation system will begin. No reports of election results will be printed until after 8 p.m., election day. Election results will be available on the County Auditorís internet web site at http://clarkvotes.org. A sample ballot for this election is currently available at this web site address.
