County seeks applicants for seats on Substance Abuse Advisory Board

Vancouver, WA – The Board of County Commissioners is seeking applicants to fill several seats on the Substance Abuse Advisory Board.
Serving on the advisory board is voluntary, and terms are for three years. Applicants cannot be providers of alcohol or drug addiction treatment services.
The advisory board makes recommendations regarding drug and alcohol issues and priorities to the Board of County Commissioners and county program manager. Responsibilities include advising on treatment, prevention, monitoring, needs assessments, program planning, evaluation, education, outreach and recovery.
Clark County encourages people with diverse cultural backgrounds, experiences and perspectives to apply.
