Vancouver, WA The newly remodeled Clark County Permit Center will reopen to the public at 8 a.m. Monday, March 17, on the first floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St.

To get ready for the reopening, the temporary Permit Center on the second floor of the Public Service Center will be closed Thursday and Friday, March 13-14.

When the remodeled Permit Center opens March 17, business hours will be 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Mechanical and plumbing applications previously faxed to the Permit Center will be ready for pickup on Tuesday, March 18.

To make an appointment for the week of March 17 or later, please call (360) 397-2375 ext. 4807 or email the Permit Center at permitservicesappt@clark.wa.gov.

The first-floor Permit Center closed in mid-December so the office could be remodeled to better meet customer needs. The newly remodeled center offers a design that is customer friendly and creates a more personal approach to permitting. The waiting area is redesigned with customer comfort in mind and includes a television for entertainment while waiting.
